  • English: Huge Crimson Fungus
In Minecraft, Huge Crimson Fungus is a large "tree"-like structure that generates in the Nether. They generate naturally only in the crimson forest biome. The trunks of huge crimson fungi are made of crimson stems, and they can be either thick or thin: thick trunks grow up in a 3x3-plus shape, with stray stems sometimes in the corners, while thin trunks grow straight up as a 1x1 column. The height of a huge crimson fungus is randomly chosen between 4 and 13, with a 1/12 chance of doubling, and this determines the height of the trunk. A layer of wart blocks and shroomlights then spreads around the trunk, extending up to 3 blocks away, forming the cap. There is a 3x3x2 hollow ring around the lowest block of the fungus where no blocks generate. Shroomlights also generate inside the huge crimson fungus, replacing both wart blocks and stems. In addition, huge crimson fungi may also have weeping vines growing, either replacing the wart blocks and stems or growing from the underside of the wart blocks, allowing them to grow lower than the stems or along the ceiling when naturally generated. When bone meal is used on a crimson fungus planted on crimson nylium, there is a 40% chance of it growing into its huge equivalent, reaching heights of up to 27 blocks. Huge Crimson Fungi are an important resource in the Nether, with their stems used as wood and the wart blocks and shroomlights used for decoration.
