Jungle pyramids, also known as jungle temples, are structures found in the jungle biomes of Minecraft. They are typically built with cobblestone, mossy cobblestone, and vines, and consist of three floors. It's possible to find blocks that normally generate outside the pyramid, such as leaves, appearing inside, potentially blocking chests or dispensers, or interrupting redstone circuits. On the bottom floor, there is a puzzle consisting of three levers on chiseled stone bricks connected to a hidden piston mechanism. If the correct combination is entered, a block on the main floor is pulled away, revealing a chest. Down the hall from the puzzle, another chest is found, but it's surrounded by traps: two tripwire lines connect to dispensers hidden behind vines that shoot arrows. The chests in jungle temples typically contain valuable loot, such as emeralds and enchanted books. Jungle pyramids can also generate in bamboo jungles in Java Edition, but not in sparse jungles. They are relatively rare structures in the game, making their discovery exciting and rewarding with valuable loot.
