Noise caves are a new type of cave generation introduced in Minecraft's 1.18 "Caves & Cliffs" update, part two. Unlike previous cave types, noise caves use noise generators to create more diverse and vast cave systems. There are three main types: cheese caves, spaghetti caves, and noodle caves. Cheese caves are huge, open spaces with tall pillars; spaghetti caves are long, narrow, and winding, similar to older caves but longer; and noodle caves are even thinner and narrower, sometimes impassable. Additionally, aquifers, which can be filled with water or lava, are often found within noise caves. These cave types enrich the underground world of Minecraft, making it more explorable and challenging. The introduction of noise caves makes underground adventures in the game more interesting and challenging.
