Original Title:Old Growth Pine Taiga

Languages:

  • Chinese: 原始松木针叶林
  • English: Old Growth Pine Taiga
The Old Growth Pine Taiga is a biome in Minecraft characterized by towering pine trees with coarse dirt and podzol covering the ground. This biome features unique vegetation such as ferns, mushrooms, and sweet berry bushes. Players will also find various animals like sheep, chickens, pigs, foxes, and rabbits. Due to its high humidity, lush caves are often generated beneath the Old Growth Pine Taiga. Originally called Mega Taiga and later Giant Tree Taiga, this biome is known for its tall trees and dense foliage. The pine trees are shaped like arrows with small crowns of leaves, unlike the Christmas tree-like appearance of the Old Growth Spruce Taiga. Players can find trail ruins here and harvest abundant wood resources. While it might be slightly more challenging than regular taigas, the Old Growth Pine Taiga is a great place to set up home once acclimated and strategies are found to fell the tall trees.
