Plains
Plains are a common biome in Minecraft, known for their vast grasslands and relatively flat terrain. This biome typically borders forests and savannas, making it an ideal place for early exploration and base building. Plains are covered in lush grass and tall grass, with occasional oak trees that sometimes have bee nests. In addition to the greenery, plains also host various colors of tulips, along with other flowers like oxeye daisies, cornflowers, dandelions, and poppies. Villages and pillager outposts can be found within the plains biome, making it an important area for players to gather resources and engage in combat. Despite their calm appearance, survival in the plains can be challenging due to the relative sparseness of resources. However, players can tame horses to explore their surroundings more efficiently and find more resources. Plains also come in two variants: the standard plains and sunflower plains, the latter of which is known for its abundance of sunflowers. The plains biome has been a part of Minecraft since its early versions and remains an essential part of the game.
