Stony Peaks

In Minecraft, Stony Peaks is a distinctive mountain biome, classified as a peak biome that typically generates in temperate regions, such as near savannas, forests, and jungles. It differs from Frozen Peaks and Jagged Peaks by its lack of snow cover, primarily composed of stone, calcite, and exposed ores. The Stony Peaks biome does not generate snowy slopes, groves, meadows, or cherry groves on its slopes, instead, it's often surrounded by savanna plateaus and forests. Goats spawn in this biome alongside the usual nocturnal hostile mobs. Stony Peaks is the second-rarest Overworld biome, making up approximately 0.1% of the Overworld area. Common blocks in this biome include stone, andesite, calcite, granite, gravel, emerald ore, and infested stone. Additionally, pillager outposts can generate in the Stony Peaks biome.
