Glowing
In Minecraft, "Glowing" is a status effect that causes a bright outline to appear around an entity, whether it's a player or a mob. This outline is visible even through solid blocks and other entities, making it easier to track their location. The default color of the outline is white, but it changes to the team color if the entity is part of a team. The Glowing effect can be obtained in various ways, such as by being shot with a spectral arrow or by being caught in the area of effect cloud of a creeper that has the glowing effect. Some mobs, like the wither and ender dragon, are immune to glowing. Additionally, a bug allowed for the creation of "permanently glowing entities" that retained the glowing effect without any active status effect. This is different from an entity with an infinite duration effect.
