Instant Health

In Minecraft, "Instant Health" is an immediate status effect that instantly restores health to players and living mobs while damaging undead mobs. The amount of health restored depends on the potion's level, with higher levels providing more health. For example, a regular Instant Health potion restores 4 health points (two hearts), while an enhanced one restores 8 (four hearts). The Instant Health effect can be removed by drinking milk. Besides potions, the effect can also be obtained through Arrows of Healing and lingering potions. It's worth noting that levels 30-32 of Instant Health provide no healing. Undead mobs such as zombies and the wither are damaged by Instant Health rather than healed. Only the ender dragon is immune to the Instant Health effect. There is also a status effect called 'Instant Damage', which is the opposite of Instant Health; it damages non-undead mobs and heals undead mobs.
