Ranfan

Ranfan (ランファン, Ranfan) is a fictional character in the Dragon Ball series, first appearing in the 21st World Martial Arts Tournament. She is a shapely and scheming female martial artist. Ranfan is known for using seductive tactics to confuse her opponents during matches, attempting to take advantage of their distraction with her looks and sex appeal. Her most famous tactic involves suddenly stripping off her outer clothing to reveal her lingerie, a move intended to disrupt her opponents’ focus. However, this tactic is ineffective against opponents who close their eyes, and she ultimately loses her match to Nam. Despite this, she is not entirely a villainous character, and she shows a kind side after the tournament by helping to search for the missing Goku. The color of her clothing differs in the anime and manga; in the manga she wears a pink shirt, grey pants and black sneakers, while in the anime, she wears a blue shirt, green pants and red sneakers. Her name "Ranfan" is a Japanese pun on "Lingerie and Foundation garments."
