Giran

Giran (ギラン) is a character from the Dragon Ball series who first appears in the 21st World Martial Arts Tournament. He is a large, winged, dinosaur-like creature with a horn. Initially hostile towards Goku and his companions, Giran develops respect for Goku after their fight and later cooperates with him on multiple occasions. He is known for his cunning tactics and unique "Merry-Go-Round Gum" technique, which he uses to bind his opponents. Giran has a rough and aggressive personality, but he is not entirely evil. He has been revived twice by the Dragon Balls and participated in the battle against Majin Buu, ultimately contributing his power to defeat him. While not among the top fighters in Dragon Ball, he has a notable presence in the story and appears in various games and animations.
