General Blue

General Blue (ブルー将軍, Burū Shōgun) is a major antagonist in the Dragon Ball series, particularly prominent in the Red Ribbon Army arc. He is a high-ranking officer in the Red Ribbon Army, leading the Blue Corps. General Blue is known for his handsome appearance, golden hair, and blue eyes, as well as his powerful psychic abilities, especially his telekinetic control. He is loyal to the Red Ribbon Army, but also extremely narcissistic and strict, with high demands on his subordinates, even executing them for minor mistakes. General Blue clashes with Son Goku and his companions multiple times throughout the story, showcasing his considerable fighting ability, but is ultimately thwarted by his own weaknesses (such as a fear of mice). He is eventually killed by Mercenary Tao in Dragon Ball and makes a brief reappearance in Dragon Ball GT, only to be defeated again by Pan. General Blue's personality and design may have been inspired by Nazi Germany, evident in his military uniform, obsession with discipline, and potential homosexuality. His unique persona and villainous role in the story make him a memorable character in the Dragon Ball series.
