Bart

Bart (バート, Bāto) is a minor character in the Dragon Ball series, who participated in the Junior Division of the 25th Tenkaichi Budokai. Although he is not directly depicted in the manga or anime, his name is mentioned in the manga. Bart competed against Pepperone in the first match of the Junior Division. There is very limited information about his background and details, and he is mainly mentioned as a participant in the martial arts tournament, lacking significant personal storylines or development. Bart is an Earthling, and at the time of the tournament, he was approximately 12 years old. His participation in the Junior Division indicates that he was still at a young stage of his martial arts practice, but he does not play a significant role in the world of Dragon Ball, nor does he have any interactions with the main characters. He is a more marginal character in Dragon Ball's vast cast.
