Ikose

Ikose (イコーセ, Ikōse) is a minor character in the Dragon Ball series. He is a martial artist who participated in the Junior Division of the 25th World Martial Arts Tournament and is the younger brother of Idasa. Ikose has a brown mullet hairstyle and is portrayed as arrogant and boastful, similar to his brother, likely stemming from being spoiled by his mother. During the tournament, he belittles his opponent Son Goten, considering Goten's respectful bow as that of a hick, ironically showing proper manners. However, Ikose's fighting ability is far below Goten's, as Goten easily blocks all of his attacks with one finger and knocks him out with a single punch. Despite this, Ikose and his mother later appear in the Majin Buu saga, informing Babidi that Trunks lives in West City. He is later presumed to have been killed by Super Buu's Human Extinction Attack, but is later resurrected by the Namekian Dragon Balls. Ikose's name is a pun on the Japanese word "sekoi" meaning "simple-minded". In the English dub of the anime, he has a redneck accent.
