Jewel

Jewel (ジュエール, Juēru) is a character in the Dragon Ball series, a martial artist who participated in the World Martial Arts Tournament. In the 24th World Martial Arts Tournament, where the main characters did not participate, Jewel advanced to the final match, ultimately losing to Mr. Satan. In the 25th tournament, Jewel reappears, acting as a playboy, attempting to invite Android 18 on a date, only to be rejected. He then becomes enraged and tries to attack her in the battle royale, but she effortlessly kicks him out of the ring. Although his performance in the tournament wasn't spectacular, Jewel is a fairly skilled fighter among normal Earthlings. In some games, Jewel also has special moves, such as Meteor Strike and Diamond Chop, and can even use energy attacks, possibly due to his training with Android 18.
