Original Title:ポルンガ

- Japanese: ポルンガ
- English: Porunga
Porunga (ポルンガ) is the Namekian wish-granting dragon from the Dragon Ball series. His name in Namekian translates to "Dragon of Dreams" or "Dragon of Law." In contrast to Earth's Shenron, Porunga has a more muscular, alligator-like appearance, with a fin down his back, spikes on his shoulders and head, and antennae on his forehead, resembling the Namekian people. He is good-hearted but can be impatient at times. However, he is more eager to grant wishes and is more friendly and patient than Shenron. Porunga can grant three wishes and can resurrect the same person multiple times. Initially, he could only resurrect one person per wish, but his power was later enhanced to resurrect groups. His wish-granting power is limited by that of his creator (initially Guru and later Moori). Porunga refuses to bring back those unwilling and requires wishes to be made in Namekian, possibly as a safeguard against off-worlders.
