Elder Mari

Moori is a Namekian character from the Dragon Ball series. He is the elder of a Namekian village who becomes the grand elder of New Namek after the death of Grand Elder Guru. Moori is the brother of Tsuno, Nail, Dende, and Cargo. While he does not possess high fighting power, Moori is very clever and once destroyed all of Frieza's scouters with his finger beams, preventing them from tracking other Namekian villages, which greatly delayed Frieza's Dragon Ball collection. During Frieza's attack on Namek, Moori bravely protected Dende and Cargo, but was killed by Dodoria. He was later resurrected by the Dragon Balls and named the new Grand Elder by Guru on Earth. Moori has appeared in multiple Dragon Ball series, including Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball Super, and Dragon Ball GT. In Dragon Ball Super, he even sacrifices himself to protect the Dragon Balls and Namekians. He is also a playable character in some video games. Moori is a wise and courageous elder who will sacrifice himself to protect his people.
