Apur

Appule (アプール, Apūru) is a character in the Dragon Ball series created by Akira Toriyama. He is a mid-ranking soldier in the Frieza Force, positioned above the lower-ranked soldiers but below Zarbon, Dodoria, and Cui. Appule has a distinctive appearance with purple skin, yellow spots, and an elongated, rounded head. He is loyal and obedient to Frieza and his subordinates, but also arrogant and somewhat cocky. During Frieza's invasion of Namek, Appule was sent to search for the Dragon Balls and scout Namekian villages. He participated in the massacre of Namekians and engaged in combat with Namekian warriors. Later, he discovered a village destroyed by Vegeta and reported it to Frieza. He was assigned to oversee the injured Vegeta under Frieza's orders but was ultimately killed by the escaping Vegeta. Although his role in the story is minor, he has appeared in multiple Dragon Ball installments, including Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball GT, and some video games. His name, "Appule," is a pun on the English word "apple," a common naming convention used by Toriyama for Dragon Ball characters.
