Butta

Burter (バータ, Bāta) is a member of the Ginyu Force, an elite mercenary squad within Frieza's army. Known as the "Blue Hurricane," he boasts of being one of the fastest beings in the universe (second only to Frieza). He is tall with blue skin, red pupil-less eyes, and numerous small spots. Burter often teams up with Jeice for combo attacks, such as the Purple Comet Hurricane. He is incredibly arrogant and frequently belittles his opponents. During the Namek Saga of Dragon Ball Z, Burter showcased his exceptional speed by effortlessly catching a Dragon Ball thrown by Vegeta. He and Jeice battled Goku, but were defeated. Ultimately, Vegeta ruthlessly killed the unconscious Burter. Burter has made several appearances throughout the Dragon Ball franchise, including in the Other World, Hell, and later in Dragon Ball Super and Dragon Ball Heroes. Despite his repeated defeats, his arrogance and obsession with speed remain constant. Burter's name, "Bāta," is a pun on the English word "butter."
