Android 19

Android 19, or Jinzōningen Jū Kyū-Gō, is a fictional character in the Dragon Ball franchise, first appearing in Dragon Ball Z. He is Dr. Gero's nineteenth android creation, designed to serve Gero's vendetta against Goku. Android 19 is characterized by his completely white skin, dangling earrings, oversized orange pants, a banana-white strap-on vest, a wide red sash, and an orange pointed hat with the Red Ribbon Army logo. He is overweight and has pale blue eyes. 19 is known for his ability to absorb energy through his palms. He is exceptionally loyal to Dr. Gero and eager to fight Goku. However, his over-reliance on outdated data collected by Dr. Gero leads to a misjudgment of Super Saiyan Vegeta's strength, resulting in his defeat. Android 19 reappears in Dragon Ball GT, only to be swiftly eliminated by Trunks and Goten. He also makes appearances in various Dragon Ball video games.
