Olibu

Olibu (オリブー) is a character from the Dragon Ball series, first appearing in Dragon Ball Z. He is a representative fighter of the North Galaxy, encountered by Goku in the Other World Tournament. Olibu is a tall, muscular human with long blonde hair and purple eyes. He wears a white, ancient Greek-style robe with brown suspenders and a belt, white bands on his wrists and shins, and brown boots. He also sports an orange headband. Olibu was a hero on Earth in his previous life, and his deeds became the basis for many of Earth's heroic legends. After his death, he was allowed to train on King Kai's planet and further his training on Grand Kai's planet. In the Other World Tournament, Olibu displayed great power, being able to fly using ki and use energy blasts. Although he lost to Pikkon in the tournament, his strength was acknowledged by Goku. Olibu appears in several arcs of Dragon Ball Z, including the Majin Buu saga, where he is seen mocking Kid Buu along with Pikkon. He is considered one of the strongest fighters under King Kai, second only to Goku.
