Tapkar

Tapkar (タピカー) is a character from the Dragon Ball Z anime, hailing from the West Quadrant of the universe. He is a small, muscular, humanoid alien with no nose, who wears a navy blue horned helmet, a championship belt, shorts, and running boots. In the Other World Tournament, he makes it to the quarterfinals, where he faces Torbie from the South Area. Tapkar demonstrates his incredible speed by running around the arena before the match, which unsettles his opponent. When the fight begins, Tapkar runs around some more, and as he's about to attack Torbie, he gives up due to being too tired from running. This causes virtually everyone else in the Other World Stadium to fall down in shock. West Kai complains that Tapkar lost because the ring was too big, unfairly biased against smaller fighters.
