Arqua

Arqua, also known as Aqua, is a fictional character who appears in the Dragon Ball Z anime, making his debut in episode 197, "Water Fight." He is a prodigious student of the East Kai, and participated in the Other World Martial Arts Tournament held in honor of North Kai's passing. Arqua is small in stature with a lean physique, blue skin, fins, and long ears. His most notable ability is transforming the ring into a watery environment, which allows him to move more swiftly underwater and pose challenges for his opponents. In his quarterfinal match against Goku, he used the watery arena to gain an advantage. However, Goku ultimately defeated him with a combination of the Solar Flare and Kamehameha techniques. Despite losing, Goku acknowledged Arqua’s skill and expressed his desire for a rematch.
