Papoi

Papoi (パポイ) is a character in the Dragon Ball series, first mentioned by South Kai in the manga and making his debut in the Dragon Ball Z anime episode "Take Flight, Videl." He is considered the strongest warrior in the South Galaxy, with light blue skin, long brown hair, and a muscular build. He wears a purple lower gi secured by a reddish-brown belt, red and white wristbands, and a long white cloak on his right side. Papoi also wears a hat resembling a chef's hat with a blue gem embedded in it. In the anime, South Kai boasted that Papoi could easily defeat Goku, but quickly changed his mind after seeing Goku's Super Saiyan form. Papoi is portrayed as a powerful but somewhat overconfident warrior. Despite this, he never actually fights Goku, and his strength is mostly implied through South Kai's descriptions and comparisons. His unique appearance and clothing design add to the diversity of the Dragon Ball universe.
