Giru

Giru (ギル) is a robotic character from Dragon Ball GT, originally known as T2006 or DB4649T2006RS. He is a Machine Mutant created by Dr. Myuu on Planet M2. He primarily accompanies Goku, Pan, and Trunks on their quest to find the Black Star Dragon Balls. Giru resembles other Machine Mutant Guards, but he is smaller with a white exterior. He has a single glowing red eye and arms and legs that can retract into his body. Despite being a robot, Giru displays human-like emotions, often cowering in fear. During their journey, he eats the Dragon Radar, integrating its functions into his own system, allowing him to help in the search for the Dragon Balls. Giru claims to be Pan's best friend but frequently endures verbal and physical abuse from her. Although cowardly, he has shown bravery, like saving Pan on Rudeeze and attacking Baby when he tried to hurt Trunks. Giru is often damaged throughout the series, but is frequently repaired by Trunks. He possesses a range of weapons, including missile launchers, grappling claws, and a beam that can reverse metalization. In later parts of Dragon Ball GT, Giru assists Goku and the others in battling the Shadow Dragons and contributes to their victory.
