Neji

Neji (ネージ), also known as Commander Nezi, is a villainous character in Dragon Ball GT. He is a Machine Mutant created by Dr. Myuu and the leader of the elite Sigma Force. The Sigma Force consists of Neji, Natt, Ribet, and Bizu, who are mercenaries under General Rilldo and are called upon when Dr. Myuu demands "results." Neji is capable of identifying Goku as a Saiyan. He and his Sigma Force members have special abilities, including firing lasers from their eyes, using the Afterimage Technique, and liquefying into metal to trap opponents. They can also fuse into the Super Mega Cannon Sigma, though this form is still defeated by Goku. During battles with Goku, Neji initially has the upper hand but is defeated when Goku becomes serious. Ultimately, he is destroyed when Goku transforms into a Super Saiyan. Neji is also a master combatant with superhuman strength, speed, and durability. His name, "Neji," means "screw" in Japanese, and he is also referred to as "Naji" in some subtitles.
