Dr. Myuu

Dr. Myuu (ドクター・ミュー) is a Machine Mutant scientist who appears as a major antagonist in Dragon Ball GT. He is introduced as the main antagonist in the Black Star Dragon Ball Saga, and later serves as a secondary antagonist in the Baby and Super 17 Sagas. Dr. Myuu is a brilliant yet mad scientist with a desire for complete universal control. To achieve this, he creates powerful Machine Mutants, such as General Rilldo and Super 17, and seeks the Black Star Dragon Balls for his goals. Initially, he appears to be Baby's master, but it's later revealed that he was, in fact, programmed by Baby. He betrays Dr. Gero, ordering Super 17 to kill him, and is eventually killed himself by Super 17. Despite never directly battling Goku or the main characters, his influence is substantial, acting as a puppet master behind several other villains, making him a significant and memorable villain of the series.
