Zuno

Zuno (ズノー), also known as Master Zuno, is a mysterious character in the Dragon Ball series. He is characterized by his oversized head, traditional Japanese chonmage hairstyle, and large earlobes resembling those of Buddha. Zuno wears a yellow robe with a red jacket and resides on a remote planet with many assistants who look similar to him. Zuno possesses near-omniscience, knowing virtually everything that has ever happened in the Multiverse. However, he is known for his strict rules, requiring visitors to give him a kiss in order to ask questions, and he determines the number of questions allowed based on the visitor's gender and attractiveness. Bulma and Jaco visited him to ask about the Super Dragon Balls, and Zamasu also threatened him to obtain information about the Dragon Balls and Son Goku. Zuno appears several times in Dragon Ball Super, and his knowledge is crucial to the plot development. Despite his vast knowledge, he has an eccentric personality and distinct preferences for visitors, making him a unique character.
