Kitera

Quitela (キテラ, Kitera) is the God of Destruction of Universe 4 in Dragon Ball Super. He is a small, yellow, anthropomorphic mouse with large round ears, a thin tail, and black outlines around his eyes. He wears a green striped variation of the God of Destruction attire. Like Beerus, Quitela is rather lazy, but prefers playing video games and eating junk food. He is a vain and manipulative god, willing to use questionable methods to come out on top. His rivalry with Beerus is greater than Champa's, and he seems to have a strong hatred towards Universe 7's God of Destruction, often scheming against him. He is intelligent and sneaky, convincing Sidra to use assassins to eliminate Frieza, setting them up to take the blame. Quitela tends to laugh with a "Kekeke" sound. Unlike other deities, he was unfazed by Universe 9's erasure, instead finding it amusing. However, when facing erasure himself, he became hysterical and refused to accept it. After all erased Universes were restored by Android 17's wish, Quitela is shown to be calmly looking at his subordinates.
