Conic

Conic (コニック, Konikku) is a character in the Dragon Ball series. He is the Angel of Universe 4, and the attendant and martial arts teacher of the God of Destruction, Quitela. Conic first appears in the Universe Survival Saga of Dragon Ball Super. Like other Angels, he has pale blue skin, white hair, and blue eyes. His hair is styled in a large pompadour. He wears wine-red robes and a black vest with an orange rectangle down the center. Conic is described as talented and insightful. As an Angel, he is always in a state of Ultra Instinct, allowing his body to move on its own. During the Tournament of Power, he attends the Zen Exhibition Match alongside Quitela and the Kaioshin, Kuru, and observes the bouts between Universe 7 and Universe 9. Throughout the subsequent Tournament of Power, he silently observes the matches, remaining calm even when his universe is erased. Conic's name is derived from the Japanese pronunciation of cognac (コニャック, Konyakku), in keeping with the naming convention of angels in Dragon Ball being named after alcoholic beverages. His name is also spelled as "Cognac" in some sources. Conic serves as an observer in Dragon Ball Super, and while he does not directly engage in battle, he is significantly stronger than his God of Destruction, making him the strongest being in Universe 4.
