Kusu

Kusu (クス) is a character in the Dragon Ball series, serving as the Guide Angel of Universe 10 and the attendant and martial arts teacher to the God of Destruction, Rumsshi. She is the eldest daughter of the Grand Minister, and the older sister of Whis and Vados. Despite being the eldest in her family, Kusu has the appearance of a young teenage girl, with pale blue skin and white hair styled in a single braided side pigtail. She carries her Angel Attendant's Staff and sports a light blue halo. Her attire consists of purple robes, a black cuirass, and a pink sash. Kusu often advises Rumsshi and the Supreme Kai Gowasu on the difference between good and evil, though she herself gets excited by the clashes between them. She has an outgoing and flamboyant personality, enjoying introducing fighters like a game-show host. During the Tournament of Power, she showed clear emotional reactions to the failures of Universe 10, contrasting with the nonchalant Mojito, and mourned the erasure of her universe, displaying a deep emotional connection to it and its people.
