Madiinu

Martinu (マティーヌ, Matīnu) is the Angel of Universe 12 in Dragon Ball Super, and the attendant and martial arts teacher of the God of Destruction, Giin. She is also one of the Grand Minister's daughters. Martinu is a rather obese female angel with slicked-back hair. Like other Angels, Martinu has light blue skin, a halo floating around her neck, violet eyes, and white hair slicked back. She wears gray robes with a purple sash and carries a scepter. Martinu doesn't have to do much due to her universe's excellent Supreme Kai and God of Destruction. However, she thinks of trying to raise their level even higher. Similar to most angels, she appears not to care for the lives of mortals, as she didn't change her smiling expression after the erasure of Universes 9 and 10. Martinu debuts in the Universe Survival Saga in Dragon Ball Super, observing the Zeno Expo between Universes 7 and 9 and the arena for the Tournament of Power. She is considered the strongest being in Universe 12.
