Paragus

Paragus is a character in the Dragon Ball series, first appearing in the movie Dragon Ball Z: Broly – The Legendary Super Saiyan. He is the father of the legendary Super Saiyan Broly and a Saiyan driven by ambition and revenge. After King Vegeta ordered his and Broly's execution due to fear of Broly's power, Paragus and Broly survived, later seeking revenge against Vegeta's son, Prince Vegeta. Paragus is known for his strategic mind, although he is not a battle-loving Saiyan, preferring to use schemes. He created a control device to control Broly, but ultimately met his demise due to Broly's loss of control. Paragus's portrayal varies across different Dragon Ball versions. In Dragon Ball Super: Broly, he is depicted as a more complex character with both love and exploitation for his son. Though a villain, his experiences and motives make him a memorable character in the Dragon Ball series.
