Merus

Merus, also known as Merus Ikanoichiyabosshi, is a character introduced in Dragon Ball Super. He was initially an Angel trainee dispatched by the Grand Minister to Universe 7 to learn about mortal life. He later joined the Galactic Patrol, becoming their top elite patrolman with immense fighting prowess. Merus appears as a young humanoid with grayish-purple skin and a silver-gray bowl haircut. He is serious, responsible, and dedicated to his duty, but also possesses a strong sense of justice. In the battle against Moro, Merus used his Angel powers to help Goku achieve Ultra Instinct, violating the Angel's code and causing himself to be erased. Later, at the request of the Supreme Kai, the Grand Minister revived Merus as a mortal, without his Angel powers. He now continues his work as a Galactic Patrolman under the name Merus Ikanoichiyabosshi.
