Carmine

Carmine, known as カーマイン in Japanese, is a major antagonist in *Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero*. He serves as the second-in-command of the Red Ribbon Army remnants, as well as the secretary of Red Pharmaceuticals and chauffeur to Commander Magenta. Carmine is characterized by his tall stature, exaggerated pompadour hairstyle, glasses, and red suit. He is a cold, calculating individual who is fiercely loyal to Magenta and devoted to rebuilding the Red Ribbon Army and seeking revenge against the Son family. Despite this, Carmine pragmatically abandons the revenge plot after witnessing the Saiyans' power, choosing to run Red Pharmaceuticals as a legitimate business. Carmine is not a powerful fighter, being easily defeated by Pan. He enjoys tormenting and humiliating his captives and is generally a ruthless character. Although he initially aimed to restore the Red Ribbon Army to greatness, he eventually prioritized his own survival, showcasing a pragmatic nature that supersedes his prior convictions.
