Dr. Willow

Dr. Willow, also known as Dr. Wheelo or Dr. W, is the main antagonist of *Dragon Ball Z: The World's Strongest*. He is a mad scientist specializing in biotechnology. Years ago, his physical body was damaged and frozen in an accident, and only his brain was preserved, which was housed in a large robotic body. Dr. Willow's goal is to find the world's strongest warrior so that he can transplant his brain into that warrior's body, thus becoming the most powerful and intelligent being in the universe. He initially targeted Master Roshi, but later discovered that Goku was the true target. Dr. Willow possesses a powerful mechanical body that can launch energy attacks and has extremely strong defense. He is eventually destroyed by Goku's Spirit Bomb. In *Super Dragon Ball Heroes*, Dr. Willow reappears as Dr. W, collaborating with Fu in new schemes, even engaging in battles with Goku and Vegeta's Xenoverse forms, showcasing his powerful combat abilities and his obsession with technology.
