Toa

Towa is a recurring antagonist in the Dragon Ball franchise, primarily featured in the Dragon Ball Heroes video game series. She is a brilliant but malevolent scientist from the Demon Realm, possessing immense magical power and expertise in sinister technology. Towa's main objective is to disrupt the fabric of time and space for her own nefarious purposes. She frequently collaborates with Mira, an artificial being she created, and together they pose a significant threat to the peace of the Dragon Ball universe. Towa's personality is cunning and ruthless, as she is willing to go to any lengths to achieve her goals and shows little regard for others. In combat, she employs a variety of magic spells and technological weapons, making her a formidable opponent. She also appears in some games as "Dark Towa", a form she achieves after absorbing demonic or dark energy, which significantly enhances her power. While not a primary antagonist in the main Dragon Ball series, Towa's appearances and unique charm have made her a memorable character.
