Android 21, also known as No. 21, is a fictional character in the Dragon Ball franchise, making her debut in the 2018 fighting game Dragon Ball FighterZ. Created through a collaboration between Arc System Works and Akira Toriyama, she serves as the main antagonist of the game. Android 21 initially appears as a scientist for the Red Ribbon Army, possessing immense intellect, possibly surpassing even Dr. Gero. She exhibits a dual personality, one benevolent and caring, the other malicious and gluttonous, craving to devour powerful fighters. Her true form is a Majin-like creature with pink skin and a tail, resulting from the integration of various powerful warriors' cells, including Majin Buu. Her abilities include energy manipulation, object transformation, and the ability to copy others' powers. She plays a significant role in the game, with a backstory involving her relationship with Android 16 and her internal conflicts.
