Putin

Putine (プティン) is a character in the Dragon Ball series, initially one of the strongest wizards during the foundation of the Dark Demon Realm. She was previously a member of Demigra's Army before defecting to Mechikabura's faction. Putine has light blue skin and aqua-colored hair. She typically wears a long white skirt covered by a yellow tunic, a brown sleeveless jacket, and black boots. Upon becoming a Demon Goddess, her appearance changes, gaining marks below her eyes and her outfit changing to a brown dress with a yellow cape. In her second Demon Goddess form, Putine gains red and gold thigh pads, her brown dress covers her cleavage, her skirt becomes a loincloth with tight black shorts underneath, and she wears high-heeled boots that go halfway up her thighs. She also gains flame-like marks around her eyes, and her hairstyle changes to a long, wavy ponytail. Putine has a childish personality and likes to give nicknames to her allies, such as referring to Towa as "Sis", Gravy as "Meat Shield," and Salsa as "Genius." She briefly worked as an intern Time Patroller, effectively betraying the Dark Empire and Mechikabura. Putine can use ice magic and has several other abilities. She appears in works like Super Dragon Ball Heroes and is featured as a playable character in games.
