Roberu

Roberu (ロベル, Roberu) is a character in the Dragon Ball series, serving as Demon God Demigra's secretary and a member of the Demigra Army. She is a striking female demon with red eyes, pale olive-green skin, and long navy-blue hair, wielding a staff as her weapon. Roberu is clad in a teal coat lined with gold details, red in the middle, a white collar, gold arm bracelets with blue potara, and a belt with her initial on it. She also sports tight brown pants and blue high-heeled boots. In her Demon Goddess form, Roberu's attire transforms, closely resembling Demigra's style and losing the sleeves. She gains blue, pointed markings under her eyes and a black spade-shaped tail. Upon absorbing some of the Dark Factor, she develops larger, dark turquoise facial markings, black horns, and a different hairstyle featuring a high ponytail. Her outfit becomes a dark blue, turquoise, and black uniform with yellow and white details, red and yellow brooches, and a red cape. Roberu is utterly devoted to Demigra and known for boasting about her intellect. She was a spy within the Dark Empire for tens of thousands of years. In combat, Roberu has shown impressive magical abilities, such as reversing attacks and defeating multiple opponents simultaneously.
