Dr. W

Dr. W, also known as Dr. Wheelo, is the main antagonist of the movie *Dragon Ball Z: The World's Strongest*. He is a mad scientist whose brain is preserved in a large mechanical body in his quest for greater power and knowledge. He was dedicated to biotechnology research and tried to transplant his brain into the strongest warrior. In *Dragon Ball Z: The World's Strongest*, he first tried to control Master Roshi's body, then set his sights on Goku. He possesses immense strength and advanced technology, making him a formidable opponent for Goku and the others. In *Super Dragon Ball Heroes*, he reappears as "Dr. W," working alongside Fu with the goal of achieving even greater power and dominance. He wields a double-bladed energy sword, can analyze and negate enemy attacks, and possesses teleportation abilities, making him an extremely dangerous character.
