Shiras

Sealas, also known as "the menace" and "The Fearsome Enforcer of Justice", is the main antagonist of Super Dragon Ball Heroes: World Mission. He was the first person to join the Time Patrol. Sealas closely resembles Hit but has tentacles on his head. He wears white Galactic Patrol armor with blue gems and a dark red sash. Once a member of the Time Patrol, Sealas' views on preserving history changed after witnessing Kid Buu's destruction, believing history should be altered to save lives. He sees the existing history as unjust and plans to reshape it by destroying the Scroll of Eternity. His goal is to create a peaceful world free of evil. Sealas’s actions led to his imprisonment by Chronoa, the Supreme Kai of Time, but he escaped and continued his plans. He created the AI Ahms to aid him and eventually fused with it to become Sealas (Fused). Sealas (Fused) possesses great power but is ultimately defeated. Despite this, he maintains his ideals and believes the Time Patrol are the true villains.
