Satsuki

Satsuki is a destroyer kanmusu (ship girl) from the game Kantai Collection (KanColle), the fifth ship of the Mutsuki-class destroyers. She is voiced by Rina Hidaka and illustrated by Yadokari. Satsuki is beloved by players for her unique 'bokukko' (a girl who uses the masculine 'boku' to refer to herself) persona and lively personality. She has long blonde hair styled into twintails, amber eyes, and wears a black serafuku (sailor uniform) with a white tie, fastened with the Mutsuki-class' distinctive crescent moon trinket. After two remodel upgrades, her outfit changes, with the second remodel featuring a white serafuku and culottes instead of a regular skirt. Satsuki has multiple forms in the game, including her base form, Kai, and Kai Ni. Her lines are also distinctive, such as "ボクとやり合う気なの？かわいいね！" (You wanna fight me? How cute!), showcasing her confident and somewhat childish personality. Historically, the destroyer Satsuki was the only Mutsuki-class ship that belonged to the Combined Fleet, underwent multiple repairs, and fought bravely to the end, making her a courageous and important character in the game. She is also known in the game for her excellent fuel efficiency and expedition abilities.
