Hibiki

Hibiki (響, ひびき) is a character from the game *Kantai Collection* (艦隊これくしょん, KanColle), also known as *Combined Fleet Girls Collection*. She is the 22nd ship of the Fubuki-class destroyers, and the second of the Akatsuki-class destroyers. Within the game, Hibiki is known for her unique personality and history, earning the nickname “Phoenix” due to her survival in multiple battles. Hibiki is typically depicted as a white-haired girl in a sailor uniform. Her original form and her remodeled form, "Верный" (Verniy), do not differ much in appearance. However, in the lore, Hibiki was transferred to the Soviet Union after World War II and was renamed Verniy, meaning "Faithful". Hibiki can undergo several remodeling stages within the game, which increase her combat capabilities. Equipping her with different weapons and items also influences her stats. She has unique voice lines and dialogues and special outfits in certain events, such as the Saury Festival. She is one of the few Japanese destroyers that survived the war, and is beloved by players for her resilience and “Phoenix” title.
