Michishio

Michishio (満潮), is a character from "Kantai Collection" (艦隊これくしょん), also known as "KanColle" (艦これ), a web browser game. She is the third ship of the Asashio-class destroyers. In the game, Michishio is known for her somewhat tsundere personality and unique lines, such as her initial appearance line, "Why was I assigned to a unit like this?". Her personality reflects her historical background: as a member of the 8th Destroyer Division, she experienced the tragic fate of being separated from her sister ships and eventually sinking in the Battle of Leyte Gulf during World War II. While her words may seem cold, she secretly longs for recognition and understanding, earning her the nickname "Hidden Admiral Lover". In the game, Michishio has three remodeling forms: Michishio, Michishio Kai, and Michishio Kai Ni, each enhancing her abilities and allowing her to use more powerful equipment. She is also a required ship for certain in-game quests, making her quite popular among players. Besides the game, "KanColle" also has spin-off works such as anime and manga. Michishio has also appeared in the anime, showcasing her bonds with her sister ships.
