Kasumi

Kasumi is a character from the game "Kantai Collection" (KanColle). She is the tenth, and last ship of the Asashio-class destroyers. Kasumi was designed by artist Konishi and voiced by Wakana Miyagawa. In the game, Kasumi is known for her tough and sharp-tongued personality, often treating her admiral like a clumsy servant and always appearing stubborn and irritated. Despite this, her true feelings are revealed when married to the admiral, where she becomes more flustered. Kasumi has two Kai Ni forms, the standard Kai Ni form and the anti-aircraft focused Kai Ni B form, which players can freely switch between through remodeling. Her lines are usually full of complaints and criticisms, but these reflect her resilience and sense of responsibility as a battle-hardened ship girl. Kasumi’s visual characteristics are long silver-grey hair, tied in a side ponytail, yellowish-brown eyes, and her trademark twin-gun turret and quadruple torpedo launcher. Her equipment bonuses also give her a certain degree of combat capability in the game. Her character design and backstory are deeply rooted in the real-life destroyer she represents, giving her a unique charm.
