Shoukaku

Shoukaku (翔鶴), is a Kanmusu character in the game "Kantai Collection" (艦隊これくしょん, KanColle), based on the Imperial Japanese Navy aircraft carrier Shōkaku. She is a gentle and composed silver-haired woman who belongs to the Fifth Carrier Division along with her lively younger sister, Zuikaku. In the game, Shoukaku is known for her balanced stats and high evasion, making her a reliable aircraft carrier for players' fleets. Her lines often mention her sister Zuikaku, showing her affection for her. Additionally, due to the historical fact that Shoukaku was frequently damaged, she often self-deprecates as a "damage-receiving ship" in the game, although she possesses strong combat abilities and resilience. As one of the earliest implemented aircraft carriers, Shoukaku has multiple remodel forms, including Shoukaku Kai Ni and Shoukaku Kai Ni A, which further enhance her combat power, enabling her to play a significant role in later game areas. She and her sister Zuikaku are highly popular characters in "Kantai Collection", beloved by many players.
