Mikuma

Mikuma is a character from the game "Kantai Collection" (KanColle), based on the Imperial Japanese Navy's Mogami-class heavy cruiser, the Mikuma. In the game, she initially appears as a heavy cruiser and can later be upgraded to an aviation cruiser, and ultimately as either an Aviation Cruiser Kai Ni or Special Seaplane Tender Kai Ni Toku. Mikuma is depicted as a gentle and polite girl with twin tails, wearing a sailor uniform, who sometimes shows her cute side. Her most notable feature is her unique equipment upon remodeling, the powerful 20.3cm (No. 3) Twin Gun Mount, often referred to as the "Mikuma Gun." In the story, she has a close relationship with her sister ship Mogami and often mentions her, calling her "Mogamin." Mikuma is relatively difficult to obtain, usually requiring specific map drops or large-scale construction. She's one of the rarer ship girls in the game. She has several limited-time appearances, including swimsuit mode and private clothing mode, making her popular among players.
