Kamoi

Kamoi (神威, かもい) is a ship girl character in the game *Kantai Collection* (艦隊これくしょん, KanColle). She initially appears as a Fleet Oiler (AO) and can later be upgraded into a Seaplane Tender (AV) through remodeling. Kamoi has a unique design with white hair, a blue headband, and a one-piece swimsuit-like outfit, complemented by blue sports tape used as stockings. Her remodeled form replaces the sports tape with knee-high stockings and more formal gear. In the game, as an oiler, Kamoi can perform underway replenishment, providing fuel to the fleet, and as a seaplane tender, she can carry reconnaissance planes, bombers, and fighters to participate in combat. Kamoi's character design is also associated with Cape Kamui in Hokkaido, which she mentions in some of her in-game lines. Her personality appears to be serious and dutiful, aligning with her roles as a supply ship and support vessel. Kamoi is beloved by players for her distinct appearance and versatile abilities in *Kantai Collection* and its related media.
