Katsuragi

Katsuragi (かつらぎ) is a character from the web browser game Kantai Collection (艦隊これくしょん, KanColle), also known as the "Combined Fleet Girls Collection". She is based on the Japanese aircraft carrier Katsuragi from World War II, the third ship of the Unryū-class. In the game, she is voiced by Ai Kayano. Katsuragi is portrayed as a confident and somewhat boastful aircraft carrier who frequently emphasizes her status as a regular carrier, despite the fact that she was completed late in the war and did not see extensive action. Designed by Kūrokuro, her unique characteristic is her use of bows combined with shikigami to launch her aircraft, setting her apart from other carriers in the game. She also often expresses admiration for Zuikaku. Katsuragi can be obtained in the game through event rewards or drops, and she has unique lines and illustrations that reflect her pride as an aircraft carrier and her slightly tsundere personality.
