Nowaki

Nowaki (のわき), also known as "Fall Gales," is a character from the game *Kantai Collection* (艦隊これくしょん, KanColle). She is the 15th ship of the Kagerō-class destroyers in the Imperial Japanese Navy. In the game, she appears as a serious and hardworking girl with silver hair and eyes, featuring a distinctive asymmetrical hairstyle and a dark grayish-green uniform. Nowaki is a member of the Fourth Destroyer Division, operating alongside other destroyers such as Maikaze, Arashi, and Hagikaze. Her character design corresponds with the historical ship of the same name and its participation in key battles like the Southern Operations, the Battle of Midway, the Battle of the Mariana Islands, and the Battle of Leyte Gulf. In gameplay, she possesses common destroyer attributes such as high torpedo, ASW, and evasion, and is popular among players due to her historical background. Nowaki's voice lines and interactions reveal her serious and somewhat introverted personality, alongside a strong sense of camaraderie, particularly for her fellow members of the Fourth Destroyer Division. Her nickname, "Nowacchi," given by Maikaze and Arashi, is something she dislikes. Nowaki can be obtained through map drops or construction in the game, and can be remodeled to gain more powerful stats and a new look.
